Delhi Rape on 15th April, 2013 at Gandhi Nagar area
Incident:
The five-year-old girl who was brutally raped and
assaulted allegedly by a neighbour while being held captive and starved for two
days is battling for life. She was raped in the 5x5 feet room located at the
end of the ground floor of the building with a blue door, a bulb flickers in
the corner where for 2 days the child was tortured, raped and strangled till
she fell unconscious. A neighbour who heard her screams, two days after she
went missing, informed the girl's parents and police thereafter.
The horrific incident took place in east Delhi's Gandhi
Nagar. The girl, who was missing from April 15 evening, was rescued on April 17
from the ground floor of the building where her family was staying.
FIR:
Police
said the man responsible for the brutal act is a 24-year-old named Manoj who is
on the run. He rented the room in East Delhi just 10 days ago.
Adding to the outrage, the cops allegedly offered the
victim's family Rs.2,000 to hush up the case and made insensitive remarks.
Assistant commissioner of police B S Ahlwat slapped a girl protester at least
four times which left her bleeding in an ear.
According
to reports, the accused in rape of a five-year-old girl in Delhi was arrested
from Muzaffarpur in Bihar on Friday night from his in-laws home.
Medical Treatment:
The girl was taken to MCD Swami Dayanand Hospital in Dilshad Garden on Wednesday. She was traumatized, delirious and unconscious. She underwent life saving surgery on Thursday and has since been shifted to AIIMS.
The victim is being treated at the All India
Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and is stable and conscious but according
to doctors she is not safe for next 48 hours.
According
to Doctors Report-
(1) Three candles and one 200 ml cracked plastic hair oil bottle
taken out from her vagina,
(2) Serious injuries on her vagina, lips and chest,
(3) Bruises on her vagina and neck with blade like object.
JUSTICE:
We want the True Justice. We want strong decision regarding this rape case. The culprit never should be pardoned.
